A carnival of colour, costume, music and fun. Arrive at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre (ManPAC) at 10am in your costume or create a new look, make an instrument and accessories before the parade at 12.30pm with WASamba in a whirlwind of colour, music, dance and fun!

Enjoy Crunch&Sip food demos and tastings during the day, arts and craft activities with Anglicare, and photo fun with Enchanted Stiltwalkers at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.
