Soirée By The Bay – Mandurah Crab Fest

An evening of delicious food and drink overlooking the beautiful waterways of Mandurah with freshly shucked oysters, Fraser Gallop Estate wines, Villa Sandi prosecco and a selection of locally crafted Whitelakes beer.

Special guest DJ Ray Charles will be providing all the tunes to top off this special evening in the heart of Mandurah’s foreshore.

• Chilli crab cakes, mango salsa, lime aioli
• Sous Vide beef fillet, smoked tomato, tarragon
• Cherry smoked salmon, dill crème fraiche, nori basket
• Exmouth prawn tostada, guacamole, pickled jalapeno
