Falcon Bay Beach

Falcon Bay is protected from the southwest sea breeze in summer. There’s a reef point great for snorkelling and surfing. The grass playground and BBQ area have recently been refurbished and come with beautiful views of the bay. Keith Holmes Reserve (The Lido, Mandurah)

  • Coopers Mill

    Coolenup Island is only accessible by boat and has a lovely picnic spot by the 170-year-old mill.
  • Cantwell Park

    Located in Pinjarra, Cantwell Park is a beautiful and picturesque picnic spot right on the banks of the Murray River.
  • Drakesbrook Weir

    Beautiful spot in Waroona, only a 40 minute drive inland from Mandurah, with sandy beach, lawn, shaded tables and free barbecues.
  • North Dandalup Dam

    Spend a day out in nature. One of the secret spots the locals don’t want you to know about is the North Dandalup Dam. The dam was constructed in 1994 and is the newest dam serving Perth, set in the North Dandalup River.

    Enjoy the coastal views from the lookout, have a picnic at the recreation lake  or use the barbecues for a nice family meal! Don’t forget to bring some beach games or a ball for the little ones – there is plenty of room for entertainment around here!

  • Serpentine Falls
