The Mandurah Christmas Pageant returns on Friday 28 November to light up the City Centre with dazzling floats and festive fun for the whole family.

Get ready for a magical evening at the City of Mandurah Christmas Pageant, supported by Lotterywest.
The Mandurah Christmas Pageant returns to light up the city with magic, colour, and cheer! Watch as the streets come alive with more than 30 dazzling floats, marching bands, dancers, and community groups spreading joy and excitement. Feel the festive buzz as Santa makes his grand arrival, officially launching Mandurah’s biggest celebration of the year.
Children can take part in free workshops filled with fun and creative activities, making sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. As a special highlight, the evening will also mark the official first night of the Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail, adding an extra sparkle to the event.

Grab some food from the nearby local restaurants, pick up your favourite takeaway, or bring along a picnic to enjoy with family and friends as you take in the festivities and admire the beautiful lights. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the community spirit while celebrating the start of the Christmas season.
Viewing locations:
Spectators can enjoy the pageant from designated viewing areas along the route, located behind safety barriers.

Road closures apply for this event.
Accessibility:
ACROD and public parking options are available across the City Centre, including Hackett, Leslie, Gibson, and Sholl Streets, although some road closures will be in place for the event. There will be additional ACROD bays available off Church Street & Sutton Street.
Toilets, including accessible and Changing Places facilities, are located near the Mandurah Visitors Centre and on the Eastern Foreshore.
Changing Places facilities include an adult change table, ceiling hoist, shower, and accessible toilet. Please note, you will need your own MLAK key, as no loan keys are available. View more details on Changing Places facilities in Mandurah here.
Assistance dogs are welcome at this event.

Road Closures
To keep everyone safe, road closures will be in place during the event:
2:30pm – 10:00pm – Cooper Street (between Sutton Street and Mandurah Terrace)
3:00pm – 10:00pm – Mandurah Terrace (between Pinjarra Road and Peel Street; local traffic only between Hackett and Peel Street)
3:00pm – 10:00pm – Sholl Street (between Gibson Street and Church Street), Tuckey Street (between Mandurah Terrace and Sutton Street), Gibson Street (between Mandurah Terrace and Sholl Street)
9:00pm – 11:00pm – Expect some vehicle movement delays on Leighton Place. Mary Street will operate under stop/slow conditions.
Pedestrian Crossing Points
Please use the new and improved pedestrian crossings for your safety and the safety of parade participants.
Pedestrians can cross anytime up until 6:00pm.
Between 6:00pm and 7:00pm, crossings will be limited due to the moving parade.
Charity Parking
Charity parking is available at the Western Foreshore, with access from Leighton Place. Walk across the Mandurah Bridge to enjoy the parade and festivities.
The SES will be managing parking for a gold coin donation per car from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
