Nestled in the gorgeous Peel Region of Western Australia, All Malt Brewing is a family-owned microbrewery with a clear mission – to provide a beer-loving public with beautiful handmade beer.
They create a variety of award-winning beers using only four core ingredients – water, malt, hops, and yeast – and sometimes enhancing the flavour with coriander or citrus. To ensure their brews are of the highest quality, no additives, preservatives, or artificial colouring are included, as well as no cheap sugar.
What’s more, they refuse to filter the finished beer, providing a more intense flavour. Finally, All Malt Brewing is devoted to sustainability, using the spent grain for stock feed, hops as mulch for the local community garden, solar with batteries, and heat exchange water for future brewing.
