Their philosophy is to deliver a true W.A farm-to-table experience for guests. Their beef is farmed by them ay Melaleuka Farm in North Dandalup. Their signature herd of cattle are “Akaushi” (or Red Wagyu), a Japanese breed that has allowed them to consistently produce a superior quality of beef.
