The living area has quality furnishings, and 65″ Smart TV connected to Netflix. Amazon Alex is ready to take orders and is connected to Spotify Premium to stream music. Free high speed internet is included.

Bedroom one has a king bed and bedroom two a double bed, both with quality linen and a choice of pillows. Bedroom two also has its own smart TV connected to Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Citiz Nespresso coffee pod machine. Utensils, pots, pans and accessories are ready cook with should you wish to do so.

The bathroom includes rain-head shower and toilet with bidet.

Downstairs you can use the pool, tennis court and outdoor furniture, with free to use BBQ’s.

Washing machine and dryer are onsite in the commercial laundry. You will also find an iron and ironing board if you need them.

Dolphin Quay is just a seven-minute walk. Town Beach is five-minute walk. Mandurah Foreshore with dozens of restaurants is a ten-minute walk.
