Laundry area and washing facilities. Patio areas with outside table and chairs with BBQ and seating area, fully enclosed back garden which is great for children. Park down the end of the road. Five-minute drive to Lakelands Shopping Center that includes basic shopping areas. Ten-minute drive to Mandurah town centre and five minutes drive to the railway station. This home has been designed as a home from home so everyone can enjoy their creature comforts. It has NBN wifi, TV flat screen and a study area. We can also provide high chairs, pram and porta cot available on request. At the property, there are extra sofa beds so the property can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. Children must be supervised and respectful of the home, leaving it in the same condition as when you walk in the door.
