Join the team at Mandurah Museum for an engaging walking tour that uncovers the stories, people and places that shaped the City of Mandurah you see today.

Led by knowledgeable Museum staff and volunteers, each walk explores a different theme—so there’s always something new to discover. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating tales of early industries, life on the water, wartime experiences, and the colourful characters who helped define Mandurah’s unique identity.

Themes include:

• Industry – Explore Mandurah’s early working life, from fishing and boat building to local businesses
• Maritime – Discover the city’s deep connection to the water and its fishing heritage
• Home and Family – Learn what daily life looked like for early residents
• Wartime – Hear stories of Mandurah during times of conflict
• Tourism – Follow the town’s transformation into a beloved holiday destination
• Larrikins and Legends – Meet some of Mandurah’s most colourful and unforgettable characters
