Discover a fun and interactive way for kids to explore the past with free children’s activities at the Mandurah Museum, running from 21 April to 12 June 2026.

Designed for ages 5–12, these hands-on activities invite children to learn about Mandurah’s history, landmarks and marine life through play and discovery.

Photographic Matching Activity
Step back in time and see how Mandurah has changed! Children can match historic photographs with present-day images of well-known buildings and places, discovering how the city has grown and evolved over the years.

Mandurah Bridge Jigsaw Puzzle
Piece together a part of Mandurah’s past! This fun jigsaw puzzle features the first Mandurah Bridge, built in 1894, giving children an interactive way to learn about an important piece of the city’s history.

Crab and Fish Measuring Station
Get hands-on with Mandurah’s famous marine life!
Kids can identify and measure different fish and crabs while learning fun facts about local species, the history of crabbing in Mandurah, and the importance of protecting our waterways.
