Settle in by the fire, soak up the vineyard views, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon or evening with extended à la carte dining from late morning through to night. As the sun sets over the vines, embrace the slower pace of winter with good food, great wine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
From 5pm onwards, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary tasting of two newly released wines, alongside the debut of a specially curated winter menu—designed to be shared and savoured.
