Ahla w Sahla! (Welcome!) I'm Julie - a Lebanese mum and home cook who believes the best memories are made around the table.

I grew up in a culture where food has always been about connection - about bringing people together and creating moreish moments that stay with you.

I started Moreish Moments to share the joy of Lebanese cooking, but also to demystify it. As anyone who's tried knows, Lebanese food can be fussy and a little finicky - full of little steps, unspoken tricks, and "just know" techniques that aren't always passed down clearly. That's where my classes come in.

I don't just show you how to make one dish - I teach you how to build a whole Lebanese feast, with all the flavour and none of the overwhelm. I break things down into simple, practical steps, and share the time-saving tips and flavour-boosting secrets that make it all feel effortless.

Whether you're just starting out or want to bring something new (and seriously delicious) to your table, come hungry - and leave with the skills, confidence, and heart to make it your own.

Hope to see you soon!

- Julie
