The Light Room – An immersive installation at Mandurah Forum
Christmas will be brighter than ever this year, with Mandurah Forum launching The Light Room — an immersive installation featuring over 900,000 lights that depict out-of-this-world scenery.
The Light Room captivates the senses with a spectacular four-minute show. The immersive installation also features an interactive photo opportunity with much-loved The Elf On The Shelf® — which has has captivated the hearts of kids across WA.
The immersive light experience forms part of Vicinity Centres Where There Is Light initiative, which aims to reinvigorate community spirit through goodwill gestures in the lead up to Christmas. Activities taking place in-centre include:
- Interactive photo opportunity with much-loved The Elf On The Shelf® at The Light Room,
- Christmas gift wrapping services with all donation proceeds going to local charities (The Red Cross Mandurah)
- Iconic Christmas photos with Santa, who will appear in centre from 26 November until 24 December.
In the spirit of giving this Christmas, Vicinity Centres is giving away a $1,000 centre gift-card to one lucky visitor of The Light Room. To enter, shoppers simply need to scan the QR code at The Light Room and sign up to receive the centre’s updates.
The Light Room is free to enter and is available for visitors to enter during Mandurah Forum’s trading hours.
