Down on his luck Broadway Producer Max Bialystock teams up with his timid accountant in a get rich quick scheme to put on the world’s worst show, by overselling shares in a show designed to fail.
They find the most dreadful script available, hire the worst director in town, and all the bad actors they can find, and then they scam dozens of little old ladies out of their nest eggs to finance their planned ‘disaster’. Things don’t always go as planned however……
